Living True Wellness: My name is Amanda Burlett. I have been working on becoming the best person I can be (I know sounds like an Army commercial), but it's true. I am a Holistic Health Coach, Lifestyle Educator and going to school for nursing. It's a lot of work, but has helped me to see I want to help other women too! I'm a very positive person, always trying to see the glass as half-full, which helps me to get through crazy days. This site is designed to show what I'm doing to glide through my days and to help other women do the same. I hope you're ready to see the world in a new and positive way!
